Membership Service Agreement 
This membership agreement covers, but is not limited to, the rules for obtaining and activating membership, the specific contents and scope of membership services, the usage norms and security responsibilities of the membership account, the validity period and renewal instructions of the membership services, the mechanisms for changing and adjusting membership rights and benefits, the division of rights and obligations between both parties, the determination and assumption of liability for breach of contract, the dispute resolution methods, as well as the conditions for the effectiveness and termination of the agreement. These terms aim to clarify the rights and obligations relationship between the member and the service provider, protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, and ensure that the membership services can be carried out in a standardized and orderly manner. 
In terms of obtaining membership, users need to complete the registration process through the designated channels on this website, submit genuine and valid personal information, and pass the identity verification. The website has the right to review the user information within the scope permitted by laws and regulations. Once the review is passed, the membership will take effect immediately. During the account usage process, members should properly keep the account password and related verification information. Any losses caused by the theft of the account due to personal reasons shall be borne by the members themselves. After receiving the abnormal account notification, the website will assist in conducting security verification and handling. When it is necessary to adjust the member's rights and interests, it will be announced on the official website and APP in advance. Members have the right to choose whether to continue using the service within the announcement period. If they do not agree with the adjustment, they can apply to terminate the agreement. In the event of disputes during the performance of the agreement, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of the service provider. The agreement takes effect from the date when the member completes the registration and clicks to confirm. It will automatically terminate when the service period of the member expires and all rights and obligations of both parties are fulfilled. If the member engages in serious violations of the agreement terms, the website has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility. 
In addition, during the service usage process, members must abide by the behavioral norms. It is prohibited to use the member account to engage in any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to spreading harmful information, maliciously conducting fraud, infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, etc. If a member violates the above norms, the service provider has the right to take measures based on the severity of the situation, such as issuing warnings, restricting service functions, suspending membership privileges, or even permanently blocking the account. For any losses caused to this website or third parties due to the improper behavior of the member, the member shall bear full compensation responsibility. At the same time, this website has the right to make necessary adjustments to the content, form and related terms of the member services in response to market changes, technological upgrades or legal requirements. However, the adjusted content must not substantially harm the core rights and interests of the member, and the quality of the service after the adjustment must not be lower than the original level. 
After the termination of the agreement, members should promptly cancel their accounts or properly handle the personal data within the account. Within a reasonable period after the termination of the agreement, this website will securely store or delete the member information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and will no longer provide the service content stipulated in the original agreement to the members.
