Membership Registration Agreement

Welcome to register as a member of this platform. Before registration, please carefully read the following terms. Once the registration process is completed, it indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to all the contents of this agreement. This agreement aims to regulate the rights and obligations between the member and the platform, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties. The personal information you provide during the registration process will be strictly protected by the platform in accordance with the privacy policy, and will only be used to provide member services and related functions. The member account is set and managed by you, and you are responsible for all actions under the account. Do not disclose the account information to others. If you find abnormal use of the account, you should immediately notify the platform and take corresponding measures. The platform has the right to revise this agreement according to business development needs. The revised agreement will be notified to you through platform announcements and other means. If you continue to use the member services, it will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. 
As a member, you are entitled to all the services and benefits provided by the platform, such as participating in platform activities and obtaining exclusive discounts. At the same time, you must abide by the relevant rules of the platform and must not use your membership to engage in any illegal or harmful activities that damage the platform or the interests of other users. If you violate this agreement or the platform's rules, the platform has the right to take measures such as issuing warnings, restricting account functions, suspending or terminating your membership based on the severity of the situation, and reserves the right to hold you legally responsible. You understand and agree that within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or data losses caused by force majeure factors such as technical failures or network problems, but will do its best to take remedial measures to reduce your losses. 
The conclusion, execution, interpretation and resolution of disputes of this agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If either party has any dispute regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, they should first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction at the location of the platform. This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the two parties regarding the membership services, and replaces any previous oral or written agreements, understandings or arrangements reached by both parties on this matter. If any term of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of that term shall not affect the validity of the other terms, and the other terms shall remain valid and binding. You confirm that you have carefully read and fully understood all the terms of this agreement before registration, especially the restrictions and exemption clauses regarding your rights and obligations, and voluntarily accept the constraints of this agreement. 
If you have any questions regarding the content of this agreement, you can consult the platform's customer service channel. The platform will do its best to answer your questions. The acquisition of membership status is based on completing the registration process and passing the platform's review. During the review process, the platform has the right to verify the information you have submitted. If it is found that the information is inaccurate or does not meet the registration requirements, the platform has the right to reject your registration application. During the use of the membership services, you should ensure that the provided contact information and other information is true and valid, so that the platform can promptly send important notifications or service-related information to you. If you need to change your membership information, you should follow the platform's prescribed procedures. The platform will process your change application within a reasonable period of time. Except as otherwise agreed in this agreement, without the written consent of the platform, you are not allowed to transfer, lend or gift your membership account and related rights and interests to a third party. Otherwise, all responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you alone. 
If you encounter any problems while using the membership service or have suggestions for improvement, you can submit your feedback through the platform's feedback channel at any time. The platform will carefully listen to and evaluate your opinions, and continuously optimize the service experience. The specific content and scope of the membership service may be adjusted according to the platform's operation strategy. The adjusted service content will be announced on the platform or through other reasonable means, and you can choose whether to continue using the relevant services based on your own needs.
